Three bespoke developments of luxury homes on the Isle of White, Allied Developments’ Solent Living comprises the exclusive trio of family homes at Solent Heights, the beachfront townhouses and apartments of Solent Shores and Solent Lawns, 14 stunning detached properties.
Working directly with the developer, ArcMedia devised the brand identity for Solent Living which reflected the unique proposition of the development’s enviable waterside location, with three sub brands for each of the different sites, along with all of the marketing materials and website.
With planning approval already achieved, the aim was to raise the profile of the project with a view to generating off-plan sales. Key to this were the CGIs which focused both on the exterior design of the properties, the interior quality and finish, and also the views which would be a major attraction for buyers.
ArcMedia provided full-service brand and marketing consultancy and delivered 12 images, the Solent Living website, sea chart-inspired brochures, branded site hoardings, press adverts, light boxes and digital slide shows for use on board then ferry from Southampton to the island.
